Man charged with uttering threats
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning, the man attended a business on Bloomfield Road in Chatham multiple times.
When asked to leave as he was no longer welcomed, the man became aggressive and threatened staff.
Police located the man a short distance away and he was taken into custody.
A 34-year-old man, of no fixed address, was charged with uttering threats.
He was released pending a future court date of April 13, 2021.
Woman arrested twice in same day
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On March 18, 2021 the woman was released from Courts with several conditions.
One of those conditions stated that the woman was not to attend a specific address on Bloomfield Road.
Yesterday morning, police located the woman on the property and she was arrested.
The 25-year-old woman, of no fixed address, was charged with failing to comply with her release conditions and held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Yesterday afternoon, the woman was released from Court with conditions pending a future court date of April 20, 2021.
Last night, police responded to a disturbance at a motel on Queens Line.
Through investigation, police learned that the woman had damaged an air conditioning unit and threatened neighbours across the road.
The woman was arrested again and charged with uttering threats and mischief under $5,000.
She has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
Woman charged with theft
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Late yesterday afternoon, police responded to a shoplifting complaint at Walmart in Wallaceburg.
A 40-year-old Chatham woman was arrested and charged with theft under $5,000 and being in possession of property obtained by a crime under $5,000.
She was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with her release conditions.
She was released pending a future court date of April 13, 2021.
Break and enter in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Around 12:30 a.m. this morning, police responded to an alarm at the UPI Gas Bar on Park Avenue East.
Upon police arrival, officers observed that the glass door had been smashed.
Damage was estimated at $2,000.
With the assistance of video surveillance, the suspect was last seen wearing a black coat with white markings on the arms and back with a hood trimmed in fur, dark pants, white high top running shoes, black mask and gloves.
The suspect stole two boxes of chocolate bars, valued at approximately $70.
The suspect was last seen running eastbound on Park Avenue East.

Stolen truck in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime yesterday between 1 a.m. and 1 p.m. unknown suspects stole a red 2005 Ford F-150 pick-up truck from a parking lot on Tecumseh Road.
The truck was last seen with Ontario license plates 66756.

Motor vehicle collisions
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon, police responded to a two vehicle collision on McNaughton Avenue East in Chatham between Glenwood Drive and Victoria Avenue.
No one was injured.
Total damage was estimated at $7,000.
A 58-year-old Chatham woman was charged with following too closely.
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night, police responded to a two vehicle collision on Richard Street near Oak Street in Ridgetown.
No one was injured.
Total damage was estimated at $4,000.
The driver at fault was charged with failing to yield the right of way.
Warrants
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday morning an officer on general patrol in Chatham attended a business on Lacroix Street in regards to a male who was there refusing to leave.
The male was located and found to be wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with his probation order.
The 28-year-old male was arrested on the strength of the warrant, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and was later released with a future court date.
Bail violation
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday afternoon an officer on general patrol in Ridgetown located a male in the area of Victoria Road.
Through investigation the male was found to be failing to comply with his probation order.
The 47-year-old male was arrested for two counts of failing to comply with his probation order, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held for bail.
Break and enter
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday afternoon police responded to a suspicious persons complaint in the area of Cameron Street in Wallaceburg.
A male party was located inside of a vacant residence and arrested for break and enter.
The 31-year-old male was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and later released with a future court date.
Traffic enforcement
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday afternoon police conducted traffic enforcement throughout the Municipality and as a result 19 tickets were issued in relation to Highway Traffic offences and two roadsides were administered.

Domestic dispute leads to arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Saturday night police responded to a residence in the area of Zone Centre Line in Bothwell for a possible domestic dispute.
Through investigation a 47-year-old male was arrested for assault, mischief and forcible confinement.
The male was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held for bail.
Man charged with drug related offences
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Early on Sunday morning an officer on general patrol in the area of Baxter Street in Chatham conducted a traffic stop.
The male driver was found to be suspended.
Upon arrest a search was conducted and the male was found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine, cocaine, Fentanyl, LSD and $4,000 in cash.
The 49-year-old male was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held for bail
