Museum urgently needs volunteers

The Wallaceburg and District Museum is a Non-Profit organization that supports the living history of our community. We are looking for your support at this time. We urgently need volunteers for our bingo fundraising program. While helping us you can gain:
 valuable experience for your resume
 learn new skills
 interact with the community
 become part of a team of dedicated individuals
If you like bingo, here is a chance to see it from another perspective. Available positions are:

Bingo Signing Authority
Job Description: Sign licensing agreements with commission and sign off bingo financial records for the evening.
Must hold one of the other four positions. Must be at least 18 years of age and a member of the museum. Two signing authorities are required.
Hours of Work: Work every other bingo.

Bingo Administrator
Job Description: deal courteously with players, responsible for inventory – validate paper count and log (top seven and Toonie), package player order with total and pass to Coordinator, complete paperwork of all games played and final paper count in an organized manner, confirm final cash drawer count, oversee counter sales. Manage bingo runner team. If authorized signer, sign off on all financial records for the evening.
Useful Skills: Must be at least 18 years of age. Mathematical skills, ability to be on time and present for assigned schedule.
Hours of Work: Scheduled Weeknights

Bingo Coordinator
Job Description: deal courteously with players, responsible for inventory – validate paper count and log (bottom seven), sell games to player and receive payment, monitor games and calculate cash prize for each game for Assistant or Runner, ensure cash drawer is balanced and verified, balance of cash receipts, balancing float and handling cash, oversee counter sales. Manage clean up team. If authorized signer, sign off on all financial records for the evening.
Useful Skills: Must be at least 18 years of age. Mathematical skills, ability to be on time and present for assigned schedule.
Hours of Work: Scheduled Weeknights

Bingo Assistant
Job Description: deal courteously with players, validate break open/ball count and log, once transaction with Coordinator complete, sell break open/ball tickets to players. Pay out any prizes. Ensure cash and papers are balanced and handed over to Coordinator. Substitute for Runners. Assist with clean up. If authorized signer, sign off on all financial records for the evening.
Useful Skills: Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to be on time and present for assigned schedule.
Hours of Work: Scheduled Weeknights

Bingo Runners
Job Description: Verify bingos, call number from player cards to caller and payout prize. Responsible for supplying and advising customers with requested bingo cards and information about the Bingo games operated, handling cash. If authorized signer, sign off on all financial records for the evening.
Useful Skills: Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to be on time and present for assigned schedule.
Hours of Work: Scheduled Weeknights
