Mr. Herbert “Herb” Johnston Gale, a resident of Chatham, formerly of Wallaceburg, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at the Chatham-
Kent Hospice, Chatham at the age of 72.
Herb was born in Windsor and was a son of the late Herbert and Olga (DeNuke) Gale.
Beloved husband of the late Marie (Farrell) Gale (2002).
Kind brother of Margo (the late Ken) Burns and Ed (Marie) Galbraith.
Also missed by many family and friends.
The late Herbert Gale rested at the Eric F. Nicholls Funeral Home Ltd. 639 Elgin St., Wallaceburg.
Following his wishes, cremation will take place.
A Private Family Service will be held in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg at a later date.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Chatham-Kent Hospice or Hope Haven may be left at the funeral home.
