Theft/bail violation
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning police attended a business on St. Clair Street in Chatham for a theft complaint.
A man had left the business without paying for items.
He was located and was also found to be breaching his probation order.
The 50-year old was arrested for theft and possession under $5,000 and failing to comply with his probation order.
He was transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and later released with a future court date.
Break and enter
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning police attended a business on King Street West as it was being reported that there was a man in the fenced in patio area stealing items.
Police attended and the man was located in the area.
The 33-year old male was arrested for break and enter, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and later released with a future court date.
Break and enter
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday morning police attended a business on Thomas Avenue in Wallaceburg for break and enter.
Sometime over the past week an unknown person broke into a locked garden shed and removed several garden tools valuing approximately $100.
The investigation is ongoing and there are currently no suspects.

Warrants
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday afternoon police responded to a residence on Park Avenue West in Chatham for a possible domestic dispute.
Through investigation a male who was at the residence was found to be wanted on two outstanding warrants.
The 31-year-old man was arrested on the strength of the warrants, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and held for bail.
