Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On October 8, 2021 a van and a tractor trailer were involved in a head on collision near Wabash.
One driver was pronounced deceased on scene, the other was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Names are not being released at this time.
The Traffic Unit has taken over the investigation.
