CKPL celebrating National Novel Writing Month

Chatham-Kent Public Library, along with three-time National Novel Writing Month ‘winner’ Vanessa Shields, is pleased to offer a free Virtual Novel Writing Workshop on Thursday, November 4 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Vanessa will touch on such topics as how to navigate the NaNoWriMo website, effective prompts for triggering the creative process, organizing your workspace and preparing to write, and motivational tips on how to meet the National Novel Writing Month Challenge of 50,000 words in 30 days.

Excited to help you reach your goal, CKPL is providing participants with a free leather handmade notebook which can be picked up prior to the virtual program.

Space is limited and registration is required.
