Rainfall warning
Rain, at times heavy, expected this afternoon through Monday.
Total rainfall amounts of 40 to 60 mm are possible by Monday evening. Rain is expected to move into the region this afternoon, becoming heavier tonight and tapering to showers Monday afternoon.
This rainfall is due to a low pressure system that is forecast to track northeast across southern Ontario on Monday.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. If visibility is reduced while driving, turn on your lights and maintain a safe following distance. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible.
