A fire on Baseline Road, just outside of Wallaceburg on Sunday, October 24, 2021, has caused $300,000 damage.
“Firefighters from stations #2 and #3 (including station #3 volunteer firefighters) and a tanker from station #5 responded to a report of a garage/shop fire at 7285 Base Line, Wallaceburg at (11:44 a.m.),” Chatham-Kent Fire & Emergency Services officials tweeted.
The cause has been ruled an accident.
There were no injuries, fire officials say.
