Warrants in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 5 at 7 p.m., officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Caledonia Road.
Through investigation, it was learned the 38-year-old male driver was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant.
After being arrested he was released from custody with a future court date of November 19 and was also charged with Careless Driving.
Domestic assault in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 6 at 2:30 a.m., while investigating a domestic assault complaint, police arrested a 32-year-old male for assault and two counts of fail to comply.
The male party was subsequently held for a bail hearing.
