Lambton OPP officials allege: On December 22, 2021 at 10:10 p.m., members of the Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were notified by Chatham-Kent Police Service of a break and enter that had occurred in the Wallaceburg area.
During the break and enter, keys to a vehicle were obtained and the vehicle taken.
Members of Lambton OPP were able to locate the vehicle on Indian Creek Road in St. Clair Township.
The driver fled the vehicle but was taken into custody by officers.
The driver of the vehicle was turned over to Chatham-Kent Police Service to face appropriate charges.
