Capacity restrictions are in place, rest assured you are alone in your treatment room, our hvac vents directly outdoors and due to our booking time slots being staggered our capacity is safely below requirements.
The facility has been following all guidelines, working with public health including our recent annual inspection. We do NOT require any passports as personal service category.
Under today’s announcement Floating, Halotherapy and Infrared Sauna are available. Please note Sauna, Steam rooms remain restricted however local public health has allowed our Infrared to remain open as it is single person use and we sanitize between clients.
We will continue to operate safely and appreciate your support with active screening to help keep our facility safe. Cancellation fees will not apply at this time, as we prefer you to cancel and stay home if you are not feeling well.
