The Wallaceburg Sports Hall of Fame has announced the 2020 and 2021 Ray Aarssen scholarship recipients, along with the 2022 honourary chairperson for their, yet to be scheduled, annual dinner.
Samantha St. Croix was named the 2020 scholarship recipient, while Megan Berkvens captured the 2021 award.
Wallaceburg writer John Gardiner was named the 2022 honourary chairperson.
“The banquet has been postponed until further notice,” Sports Hall of Fame officials say.
“Stay tuned for further updates regarding our new date and ticket info.”
The organization had previously announced their 2022 Hall of Fame inductees and their 2021 award recipients.
