Betty Tack, the Broker of Record for Homeward Realty in Wallaceburg, says the housing market has changed a lot since June.
Tack says interest rates will be going up two more times this year.
She added people should consider getting locked in at this current rate, along with using a local real estate agent, who knows the lay of the land.
