Simon Rumford Tattoos has opened up shop at 204 Queen Street in Chatham.
Rumford says he has been an artist his whole life and taking his art from canvas to skin.
He has now been tattooing for a year and is available Monday to Sunday between 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with an appointment.
