Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday evening, at approximately 8:30 p.m., police were called to the area of Young Street in Tilbury in regards to a driver that had hit a parked vehicle on the opposite side of the road.
Upon Police arrival, the suspect vehicle was located and found to have hit the parked vehicle head on.
The driver was still on scene and through investigation was arrested for Impaired Driving.
The accused was taken to hospital with minor injuries and there he provided two breath samples resulting in further charges.
The Tilbury man was charged with Impaired Operation and over 80.
He was released with a future court date of December 12, 2022.
