I ask that you please read the important information below for what is happening at the Centre next week, as it will not be business as usual.
Victoria is unexpectedly out of the office for the week starting on Tuesday due to family concerns. As some of you know, Raini’s last day was yesterday, so she is no longer available for office coverage. We are currently trying to schedule someone to come in in the mornings to assist with opening the facility, taking payments, etc. Once coverage has been fully organized, we will notify everyone to confirm office hours. As of right now, all regular programming will continue as scheduled, though the doors to the Centre will be locked at 2pm when Sue’s Kitchen closes for the day.
The Cricut Woodburning Workshop scheduled for Saturday, December 10th will be rescheduled to the following Saturday, December 17th. Please note that there will now be a time change to the workshop as well, which will now run from 2-5pm instead of 1-4.
Additionally, you may have noticed on the calendar that the centre will be closed during the day on Thursday December 8th. The Centre will not have hydro that day and no one will be allowed on premise until late afternoon. Hydro is expected to be restored mid-afternoon and the Christmas Mingle and Jingle will continue as scheduled.
