The Bkejwanong Youth Council is hosting an Indigenous Fashion Show on Saturday, December 17 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The free event will be held at the elementary school on Walpole Island.
Organizers are encouraging people to dress up for the event if they’d like.
“Fashion show pieces to be available for purchase,” organizers say.
“Come support our vendors, designers, models, and have a good time.”
The Bkejwanong Youth Council was launched in May of this year.
