Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: As a result of a suspicious person call near 65 King Street West in Chatham, a 49-year-old Chatham man was located by Zonta Park.
The male was subject of endorsed warrant for theft, possession and fraud under.
He was arrested and released with a future court date.
Theft
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night, as a result of a theft investigation from 2 Queen Street in Tilbury, Shoppers Drug Mart, police were able to identify a suspect as a Chatham woman.
The female was arrest for three counts of theft, three counts of possession of stolen property and fraud.
The Chatham female was arrested and released with a future court date.
Traffic enforcement
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: As a result of recent traffic complaints on Grand River Line in Chatham, police yesterday while on general patrol conducted traffic enforcement.
A total of two motorists were charged with speeding related offences.
Two other motorists were cautioned for other traffic related infractions.
The Chatham-Kent Police Service would like to remind motorist this holiday season to slow down and abide traffic laws.
