Break, enter and theft in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 21, 2022 suspects entered a storage building and removed two mini-bikes and a side-by-side ATV.
The side-by-side has been recovered, the mini bikes are still outstanding.
The bikes are Coleman 196CC trail bikes, one is orange one red.
Bail violation in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 22, 2022 a 32-year-old Chatham woman was found in the company of a male party which is in breach of her release conditions.
She was arrested for two counts of Breach of Undertaking and transported to CKPS HQ, processed and released with a future court date.
Suspicious vehicle in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 23, 2022 police responded to Otter Line for a suspicious vehicle.
When the officer approached the vehicle the vehicle took off for a short distance before pulling over.
The driver, a 33 year old Wallaceburg man, was arrested for Dangerous Driving and Flight from Police.
The male was transported to Chatham-Kent Police and released with a future court date.
Traffic stop in Chatham
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On December 23, 2022 police conducted a traffic stop where the officer observed open alcohol, scale and what appeared to be cocaine in the vehicle.
Three Chatham men, ages 18 and 19 were arrested and charged with drug possession.
The males were released with a future court date.
