Shamrock Hockey League All-Star Games being held in Wallaceburg

The Wallaceburg Thunderhawks Junior Hockey team may not have a home game on Wednesday, but that doesn’t mean the hockey action has to stop.

The best talent in the Shamrock Hockey League will be on display at the U18 Shamrock All-Star Games on Wednesday, January 4 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Wallaceburg Memorial Arena.

Admission is free, so bring the whole family out for a night of thrilling hockey.

But the fun doesn’t stop there.

The Wallaceburg Kinsmen will be running a cash bar upstairs beginning at 6 p.m., and the Canada/USA World Junior Game will be on TV at the bar for those who want to catch some international action.

Representing Wallaceburg in the U18 Minors division will be Tanner Currah, Blake Lethbridge, Connor Bechard, and Cole Allaer.

And in the U18 Majors division, Wallaceburg will be represented by Brayden Burm, Dexter Vancoillie, Kyle Berkvens, Ryan Bowen, Garet Vandendool, Geremia Nappi, and Jackson Sterling.
