Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 1:47a.m. this morning, officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Centre Side Road in Chatham.
The pick-up truck struck a hydro pole, causing extensive damage.
The driver, a 21-year-old Chatham man, failed to remain at the scene, but soon located.
He was arrested on an outstanding warrant and issued summons for Fail to Remain and Careless Driving.
