The Walpole-Algonac Ferry is docked, due to icy conditions in the St. Clair River.
The ferry posted at update on their Facebook page on Sunday, February 5, 2023.
“We are closed until further notice as the river has frozen up,” ferry officials say.
“Once we can run again, we have to give Customs 24-hours notice. We will update our social media once we can start operations again.”
