The Municipality of Chatham-Kent has initiated a planning process to develop a Secondary Plan for a portion of the south side of Wallaceburg, which includes part of the downtown core.
A Draft Concept Report that contains a vision statement, guiding principles, and a land use plan is available for public review at:

The public is invited to provide feedback on the Draft Concept Report by participating in any, or all, of the following engagement activities:
– Online survey (closes Friday, March 3rd);
– In-person open house (Saturday, February 18th, 10 am – 12 pm) at the Royal Canadian Legion located at 52 Margaret Avenue
– In-person workshop (Saturday, February 18th, 1:30 – 4 pm). An RSVP is required. Contact anthony.jas@chatham-kent.ca for details.
