Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On March 27, 2023, police responded to a break-and-enter investigation on O’Neill Line in Howard Township.
It is believed that sometime between March 22, 2023, when it was reported, the suspect(s) attended the property and removed a blue 1963 Cadillac and a white dual-axel tandem trailer.
The Cadillac did not contain an engine and was in a stage of restoration.
