Shannon Johnston, the supervisor of The Family Centre Childcare Centre University Site in Wallaceburg, has been awarded Western University’s Faculty of Education Alternative Supervisor Award of Excellence.
A ceremony was held on Wednesday evening, May 3, 2023.
“The Family Centre hosts students from local colleges and universities for their field placements,” Family Centre officials told the Sydenham Current.
“Taya Veenstra, who is attending Western in the Faculty of Education Program nominated Shannon for her dedication, expertise in the field, and unwavering support.”
