Man arrested on outstanding warrant
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 7:08 p.m., the Ontario Provincial Police Essex Detachment transported the man to the Chatham-Kent Police headquarters in Chatham.
The man was wanted on an outstanding warrant held by the Chatham-Kent Police Service for failing to attend court in relation to an assault investigation.
The 42-year-old Chatham man was arrested and held pending a bail hearing.
Break and enter
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime overnight on Sunday, unknown suspects entered a business on Queen Street by smashing the front window.
While inside the suspect was able to remove product from the store.

Break and enter
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Sometime overnight, suspects caused damage to the drive thru window to a restaurant on St. Clair Street.
While inside a laptop was removed from the restaurant.

Arrest
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: While investigating a call for service, police learned a male had assaulted his partner.
Subsequently, the male was arrested for assault and assault with a weapon.
The male was transported to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was released on a Form 10 pending a future court date.
Warrants
Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: While on general patrol officers located a 43-year-old Chatham male.
Through investigation, it was learned the male was wanted on a warrant.
He was transported back to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was released on a Form 10 pending a future court date.
