Angen Laticia ‘Zhoshquanibiek’ Altiman, a member of Walpole Island First Nation, passed away suddenly at University Hospital in London on Friday, June 23, 2023 at the age of 25.
Angen is the loving mother of baby Amora Leigh and stepmother to Ciara and Nirvanna.
Beloved daughter of Malina Altiman and Mitchell Blackbird and granddaughter of Norma Altiman & the late Leroy Altiman and Karen Blackbird and the late Dwain Blackbird.
Dear sister of Dreden, Wedaase and Biidaasged and special sister to Jasmyne, McKayla and Stone.
Partner of Jonathan Nahdee.
Family and friends will be received at Norma’s home at 193 Tecumseh Rd on Walpole Island on Tuesday.
The funeral will be celebrated at the Walpole Island Sports Complex on Wednesday, June 28 at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Highbanks Cemetery.
