Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8:51 a.m., police responded to Talbot Street East in Blenheim.
Officers arrived on the scene and learned the individuals had woken up to their neighbour in their home.
The man left upon being discovered.
Officers located the man and he was arrested.
The 54-year-old Blenheim man was charged with being unlawful in a dwelling.
He was transported to police headquarters and released with conditions and a future court date of December 11, 2023.
