Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On November 17, 2023, at approximately 9:31 a.m., police responded to residence in Chatham regarding a domestic dispute.
Through investigation, officers learned that a male had dumped a full bottle of pop on his girlfriend while she was driving, and subsequently assaulted her a second time once they arrived home by striking her with his hand.
The male was consequently arrested by police for Assault with a Weapon and Assault.
He was transported to police headquarters for processing and ultimately released on an Undertaking with conditions and a future court date.
