C-K’s Small Business Centre set to launch ’12 Downtowns of CK’ campaign

The Small Business Centre is happy to announce its upcoming campaign, the ’12 Downtowns of CK.’

This initiative will celebrate the diverse local businesses and creators across Chatham-Kent, encouraging the community to shop local this holiday season.

As part of the campaign, the Small Business Centre will release 12 videos on social media, each highlighting the offerings of different downtowns across Chatham-Kent.

These videos will provide a glimpse into the vibrant local businesses that contribute to the character and charm of each town, emphasizing the importance of supporting local businesses.

The community is encouraged to follow the Small Business Centre, @ckbizcentre, on social media and share their visits to local shops using the hashtag #12DowntownsofCK.

Community posts will be shared by the Small Business Centre to further the visibility of Chatham-Kent’s local offerings.

“We encourage everyone to support our local businesses all year but especially around the Holiday season,” said Economic Development Officer, Matt Reaume, in a media release.

“There’s no better way to contribute to the community than by shopping locally. Chatham-Kent is full of hidden gems and unique businesses, making finding the perfect gift easy.”

An ‘Elf’ themed teaser video has been released on the Small Business Centre Instagram and Facebook to promote the upcoming campaign.
