Through investigation, officers formed grounds to arrest the man for uttering threats.
A warrant was issued for his arrest when the man could not be located.
On December 27, 2023, at 10:20 a.m., police received information that the man was at an address on Sarah Crescent in Chatham.
Officers attended the address, located, and arrested the man.
The 40-year-old Chatham-Kent man was charged with uttering threats.
He was transported to police headquarters and released with conditions and a future court date of January 29, 2024.
