Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On January 8, 2024, at 4:23 a.m. Windsor Police Service located and arrested the man on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
Chatham-Kent Police officers attended and continued the arrest.
The 37-year-old Chatham-Kent man was released with a new court date.
