Warrants executed in Wallaceburg and Chatham

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Thursday a 42-year-old woman was located in Wallaceburg while officers were investigating an unrelated matter.

The woman was known to be wanted and was arrested on outstanding theft and possession of stolen property charges.

The woman was released with a future court date.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Tuesday a 37-year-old Chatham woman entered into a Form 10 release with conditions not to contact her ex-spouse.

On Thursday the woman turned herself in at the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for contacting her ex-spouse and violating her release conditions.

The woman was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Friday a 40-year-old Chatham woman was arrested on multiple instances of fail to attend court relating to theft.

The woman was held in custody pending a bail hearing.

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On Thursday a 19-year-old Chatham man turned himself in on multiple fail to attend court instances related to uttering threats and theft.

The man was held pending a bail hearing.
