Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 7:15 a.m. an officer on general patrol located a man on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg.
The officer confirmed the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court in January 2024.
The man was arrested.
The 40-year-old Wallaceburg man was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
He currently faces the following charges: mischief, break and enter and failing to attend court.
