Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A man and woman were at a local inn and caused damages to their room and hallway.
The two were located at a local restaurant where they were involved in a disturbance.
During this disturbance the staff were threatened.
Both individuals were arrested.
During the arrest the woman assaulted one of the police officers.
The man and woman were transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters and held until sober and to be released.
The man was charged with mischief under $5,000, fail to comply probation and utter threats bodily harm.
The woman was charged with mischief under $5,000 and assault police officer.
