Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 4:20 p.m., police located the man on McNaughton Avenue in Wallaceburg.
Officers confirmed the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant for an October 14, 2024, bail violation investigation.
The 43-year-old Wallaceburg man currently faces the following charges: assault, assault with a weapon, mischief, uttering threats and failing to comply with an undertaking.
He was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.
