Failing to attend court charges laid in Tilbury

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: On July 5, 2021, the courts released the man with a condition to reattend later in the month.

When the man failed to make that court appearance a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.

On February 22, 2024, at 8:47 a.m. the man was located on St. Clair Street in Tilbury and arrested.

The 35-year-old Tilbury man was transported to police headquarters and held pending a bail hearing.

He currently faces the following charges: two counts of failing to attend court.
