Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday at 7:04 a.m., police located a man on Thornhill Crescent in Chatham, who was intoxicated by alcohol.
The man thought he was at his girlfriend’s house.
The 19-year-old Chatham man was charged with being intoxicated in a public place and released to the care of his father for his own safety.
