Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 8:41 p.m., police responded to Emma Street for a disturbance.
Upon arrival, officer located the man intoxicated and yelling at random people.
Officers also discovered the man was wanted on an outstanding warrant held by the Ontario Provincial Police.
The 18-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested for public intoxication and transported to police headquarters.
He was released to the Ontario Provincial Police.
