Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 10:57 p.m., police responded to Vanier Drive in Tilbury for a disturbance.
Through investigation, officers learned the man and woman argued and the woman left the residence.
The woman later gained entry to the home via a second-floor window.
After being removed from the home, the woman caused damage to the exterior of the home and items on the front porch.
Officers located the woman on the back porch and arrested her.
The 45-year-old Chatham woman was charged with unlawfully in a dwelling and mischief.
She was transported to police headquarters and released with conditions and a future court date of April 22, 2024.
