Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 10:04 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Grand River Line in Dover Township.
Upon arrival officers locate the man and confirmed he was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court.
The 60-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was held pending a bail hearing.
He is currently facing the following charges: assault causing bodily harm, threats, theft, possession of stolen property, failing to attend court and two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
