An active police investigation has closed Tecumseh Park.
Police officials said King Street in Chatham is now open to the traffic, after being closed off for several hours in the early morning hours of Monday, March 18, 2024.
However, the park remains closed.
“We are asking for the public’s cooperation in avoiding the park,” police officials said in a press release, adding that updates will follow.
Police officials added that there is no threat to public safety.
