It’s with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Linda Anne (Keller) Benn, who was a beautiful wife, mother and Grandmother and dear friend to so many. She will be sadly missed by us all. She passed away peacefully on April 4, 2024 at the age of 75 years. Linda spent her final 4 weeks resting with the amazing and compassionate nursing staff at Chatham Hospice, where she was embraced by so many family and friends during this time.
Linda was predeceased by her parents William Keller (1976) and Edith May (Pollard) Keller (1990) and her sister Nancy Claire Keller (who passed away 3 years ago to the day)
Linda leaves behind her loving husband of 54 years, Marcel and their 4 sons Scott (Michelle), Chris (Sharon), Darcy and Brad. Grandma “G” will be sadly missed by 7 grandchildren , Daniel Benn (Kate), Samantha and Tristan Otto, Mitchell, Rachel (Patrick) , Kate Benn and Israel and Josh Benn.
Linda grew up in Mitchell’s Bay where she met and married her sweetheart Marcel. She was a hard working RN who was raising 4 boys, She will always be remembered for her large family holiday gatherings at her childhood home enjoyed in Mitchell’s Bay. “G” loved to play games and sing with all her family and friends gathered around the dinner table.
Linda/Mom, you are now rejoicing in Heaven with Jesus, Nancy and your mom and dad. We will always know and be watching for signs that your still here with us. Until we meet again. We love you.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made in Linda’s name to the Chatham Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society.
