Two teenagers charged for pointing a firearm at a Wallaceburg home, airsoft handgun seized

Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At approximately 9:25 p.m., police were dispatched to a residence in Wallaceburg where it was reported that two parties were in a vehicle, aiming a firearm at a residence. 

Police attended and located the vehicle, two male youths in the vehicle were arrested for Point Firearm and Weapons Dangerous. 

There are no concerns for public safety as this was an isolated incident. 

An airsoft handgun was seized from the vehicle. 

The 16 and 17-year-old males were released on an undertaking with a future court date.
