Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: A 23-year-old Chatham man had been released on previous charges with a specific conditions with a curfew.
The man was located on Balmoral Avenue in Chatham and was breaching that curfew.
The man was arrested and transported to Chatham-Kent Headquarters and held for bail.
