It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Edward Stuart on April 10, 2024 at Fairfield Park Residence in Wallaceburg. Edward was predeceased by his wife Ethel (nee Olds).
He was the beloved father of David Stuart (Doris), and the late Ruth Stuart.
He will be deeply missed by his brother Jim, sister Darlene McKaig (Ernie), brother in-law Al Olds, sister in-law Frances McGoldrick, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Edward is predeceased by his parents Matilda (nee Litke) and Gordon, and siblings Donna, Diane and Don.
The family would like to thank the staff at Chatham Kent Health Alliance, and especially Fairfield Park for their excellent support and care of Edward.
Edward will be greatly missed by all who knew him, his smile, and stories.
Cremation has taken place.
A committal service at Riverview Cemetery will take place at a later date.
