Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: This morning at 1:21 a.m. officers attended a Grand Avenue West apartment building in response to multiple noise complaints.
The 40-year-old Chatham man was issued a Noise By-Law ticket.
The man followed officers to the common area of the apartment complex and was arrested for public intoxication, transported to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and lodged until sober.
