Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Yesterday at approximately 8 a.m. officers attended the area of Queens Line and Merlin Road in response to a single motor vehicle collision.
The 28-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a hydro pole.
No injuries were reported and the driver was charged with carless driving.
