Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: Last night an officer on general patrol in Chatham located a male in the area of Gilmore Avenue who was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself.
The 55-year old male was arrested, transported to the Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters for booking and is to be held until sober.
