Chatham-Kent Police Service officials allege: At 5:49 p.m., police located a male in the area of Edgar Street, in Chatham.
It was later determined that the male had an outstanding warrant for Failing to Attend Court.
The 54-year-old Chatham-Kent man was arrested and transported to police headquarters, where he was held for bail.
